Summary: It is more powerful than we expected. It engages the implementation of Lean 4.0 very quickly, relating all you can do in an easy way, and makes the processes much more effective. We can improve the efficiency about a 200% or a 300% with the implementation of Lean 4.0. The most interesting thing is the ease of implementation. When you think in implementing a tool of this kind you expect to spend many days, months, and you have demonstrated in one journey that you can apply the tool and make it effective in a few hours. I think that's fantastic.
