The main purpose of the book “Lean Manufacturing 4.0 – The Technological Evolution of Lean” is to explain from a practical point of view how to put the diverse lean manufacturing techniques into practise in a factory using all the available technology at each point, thus facilitating the ease and sustainability of Lean implementations.
