“Lean Manufacturing 4.0 – The Technological Evolution of Lean” deals with the technological evolution that Lean has undergone in the last decade, and how current tendencies of the Industry 4.0 with Intelligent and Connected Factories can transform it in the near future.

Inside you will find a dicussion on the utility of Lean tools and methodologies and how to combine them in the most efficient way, and also what focuses work and which do not when implementing those techniques, and offers practices and even tricks for them to be quickly applicable in the factory. Besides, it analyzes what are their implications in productivity, efficiency and saving.
