Summary: It has been something very intuitive, very easy to work, it helps a lot in processes of control of raw materials, of assortment to stores, of tracking, of cost control... nowadays it is a basic tool. People get comfortable with it and also notice that it helps them, and are the users themselves those who help feeding it . The service is fantastic. We, at the corporate level, have a flow to be able to report all kinds of incidents, but there's nothing better than being able to pick up the phone, and the solution... the truth is that I can have nothing but good words.
